Message	True I am not a Turbo builder, however I will still oil prime a new set of turbos when I install them on a car. I'd rather be safe than sorry. I just found out that we already shipped out a new set of turbos to replace the set that had problems. I don't know where the QC breakdown occoured, however we ensured that the customer received a new set. Problem/problem fixed. Obvisouly after finding out that a set went out like it did the QC process was looked at and we are trying to ensure it won't happen again. That was taken care of well before your post, but thanks for being concerned. I 100% agree with you on that, and I can assure you that it is Russell and everyone else here at Z1's main concern....
